数控铣床和数控加工中心到底有什么区别?

数控铣(xian)床和数控加工中心(xin)到底有什么区别(bie),其实这(zhei)个问(wen)题不(bu)仅(jin)是对(dui)于(yu)外(wai)行(xing)的人很(hen)困惑,很(hen)多行(xing)业内人士也有傻傻分(fen)不(bu)清的。

简单的说(shuo)就(jiu)是(shi)数控加工中(zhong)心是(shi)数控铣床(chuang)的升级版(ban)本(ben),如果把数控铣床(chuang)比喻成钢铁圣(sheng)斗士(shi)的话,那数控加工中(zhong)心就(jiu)是(shi)黄金圣(sheng)斗士(shi)这个级别的。

其实这两(liang)种加工设备(bei)主(zhu)要有以下三个方面的区别:

01最大(da)的区别(bie)是是否(fou)带刀库

普通的(de)(de)数(shu)控铣(xian)床也(ye)是具(ju)有数(shu)控操作系统,也(ye)具(ju)有三个(ge)(ge)进给(ji)轴和一(yi)个(ge)(ge)旋(xuan)转主轴,他们(men)的(de)(de)加工模式几何(he)是一(yi)模一(yi)样(yang)的(de)(de),而且也(ye)基(ji)本(ben)上可以实现相同的(de)(de)加工能力。

所以你以后在看到(dao)一台(tai)设备的时候,你可以通过(guo)是否带刀库来很(hen)直白的判定其到(dao)底是一台(tai)数(shu)控铣(xian)床,还是一台(tai)数(shu)控加工(gong)中心,这就是一个黄(huang)金标准(zhun)。

02是否是全防(fang)护

其实这(zhei)对于很多设(she)备来(lai)说(shuo),并(bing)不是绝对的(de)(de)(de),很多数(shu)控(kong)铣(xian)床(chuang)也(ye)逐渐的(de)(de)(de)开始做成(cheng)全防(fang)护的(de)(de)(de)加工模式(shi)(shi),当(dang)然也(ye)有(you)很多老式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)数(shu)控(kong)铣(xian)床(chuang)采用依然是开放式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)加工方式(shi)(shi),或者是半防(fang)护的(de)(de)(de)加工方式(shi)(shi),这(zhei)在一定程度上和当(dang)前的(de)(de)(de)数(shu)控(kong)加工中心还是有(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)区别(bie)(bie),当(dang)然这(zhei)种区别(bie)(bie)不是绝对的(de)(de)(de)。

其(qi)(qi)实这和(he)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)的(de)(de)发展进程(cheng)有(you)很大的(de)(de)关系,在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)数控(kong)化(hua)的(de)(de)初级阶段,其(qi)(qi)实很多(duo)厂家(jia)是(shi)不太(tai)注重外观设(she)(she)(she)(she)计和(he)安全防护的(de)(de),基本上还是(shi)停留在对功(gong)能(neng)的(de)(de)诉求上,所以很多(duo)数控(kong)铣床(chuang)都做(zuo)成了开放式(shi)的(de)(de)形式(shi),或者做(zuo)的(de)(de)好的(de)(de)一点就是(shi)半开放的(de)(de)形式(shi),这种(zhong)数控(kong)铣床(chuang)虽然在功(gong)能(neng)上并没有(you)太(tai)大的(de)(de)缺陷,但是(shi)在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)安全性和(he)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)环境等(deng)方面(mian)还是(shi)存在很大的(de)(de)不足,例如加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)产(chan)生的(de)(de)高温铁(tie)屑会(hui)飞溅(jian)到人(ren)的(de)(de)身(shen)上,对人(ren)体造(zao)成伤(shang)害,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)过程(cheng)中用(yong)来冷却刀具的(de)(de)冷却液也(ye)会(hui)飞溅(jian)到操作者身(shen)上,弄(nong)脏操作者的(de)(de)衣服(fu)等(deng)等(deng),所以虽然生产(chan)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)的(de)(de)研发的(de)(de)进步,特别是(shi)国外高端设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)的(de)(de)入侵,我国加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)的(de)(de)设(she)(she)(she)(she)计与制造(zao)也(ye)再(zai)朝着更人(ren)性化(hua),更美观,更艺(yi)术(shu)化(hua)的(de)(de)道路上阔步迈进。

这(zhei)是(shi)一(yi)个过程(cheng),任何进步都需要一(yi)个过程(cheng),产品技术(shu)化(hua),产品艺(yi)术(shu)化(hua),是(shi)未来(lai)对工业(ye)产品的(de)统一(yi)要求(qiu),也是(shi)工业(ye)产品未来(lai)发展的(de)必(bi)由(you)之(zhi)路(lu)。

03是否带自动排屑器(qi)

这个判定标(biao)(biao)(biao)准和(he)上一(yi)个一(yi)样,都(dou)不是(shi)绝(jue)对的判定标(biao)(biao)(biao)准,也(ye)是(shi)基(ji)于加工(gong)设备发(fa)(fa)展的进程(cheng)来评判的一(yi)个机(ji)动标(biao)(biao)(biao)准,究其原因也(ye)是(shi)因为以前的设备在研发(fa)(fa)上的一(yi)些后(hou)知后(hou)觉的功能上的取舍(she)而造成(cheng)的,很(hen)多新式的数(shu)控铣床,全防护和(he)自动排屑器基(ji)本(ben)上都(dou)是(shi)标(biao)(biao)(biao)配了,和(he)数(shu)控加工(gong)中心没有太大的区别。

但是对于那些老式的(de)数控铣床,这(zhei)个评(ping)判(pan)标准还是管用的(de),毕竟一个连防护都没有做好的(de)设备,是无(wu)论如何也不敢去奢求什么自动排屑的(de)。
